High quality equipped, cozy apartment with terrace & large garden

Good Morning, Welcome to the apartment Dangasteroase. Our guests can expect an approx. 60 sqm ground floor apartment with a private terrace and a large green area for barbecuing, relaxing and cozy get-togethers. It is designed for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment also has a parking space in front of the house. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard. In addition, the bathroom was completely renovated in early 2017 and equipped with a walk-in shower. There is also a large living room, which invites you to cook together with a new fitted kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a fridge, among other things. Freezer. There is also a kettle, coffee machine and toaster available. The living room leads directly into the large garden. There is a grill on your own terrace. In addition to a new box spring bed in the bedroom, there is a high quality box spring sofa in the living room with an integrated continuous sleep function for two additional people. For our little guests there is of course a baby bed including pillows and duvet as well as the corresponding covers and a high chair available free of charge. It is a non-smoking and allergy-friendly apartment because there are no carpets. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated with us.
