Unfortunately below issues faced during stay, in-spite of booking premium suite
No beer on tap
Prawn curry was made of rotten coconut
Shower had no water pressure & buckets were provided for shower
Toiletries were of poor standards ( no ear budds)
Charged additional for accommodating child (9years) while checking out. Charges we’re not discussed during check in.

I must say sterling goa is best property. Well mangement clean and nice pool activity. Specially mentioned Restaurant people are very polite, courteous. Specially mentioned Mr. Sudipta the restaurant manager is very helpful excellent hospitality.

It's a neat and clean property. More like a modern hotel. Not a beach front. Beach is about 10 minutes walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Young chef Sharma was very nice to dished out some good food at a short notice. Being December end it was over crowded. Will like to spend some peaceful time during an off season visit.

Had a good experience to check in. The restraint’s manager Sudipta was courteous and helpful through out our stay! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food in restaurant was quite good with choice for all types of visitors!…………,.

The resort faar away from the airport. There is no proper transport. We have to depend on resort. To get public transport 2 KM we have to walk. Goa miles app down not worn in the vicinity of resort. Employees are good. Food very very costly, not up to the mark,poor taste and less variety compared to other sterling resort. Gala party real waste of money but the girl sang very well. Place is for very rich or for corporate employees. Not for common ***
