Overall good experience. It has private access to the varca beach. The staff is very good and helpful. Cottage are clean and maintened.

Stay and food was good. But the pool area was damaged. We were told about that. So when we were at the pool, my 2 daughters were playing in the waters where the pool was in ok condition. Then also one my daughter got injured. We were like it was ok, accident happens. But we asked for a first aid kit, it was primitive and most of them were expired. So we requested for the resort car to take my daughter to near by hospital for stitches we were told car was not available. We arranged the car on own and requested someone to accompany us as we were tourist and had no idea where to go and where not to. We had to manage everything on our own. Apart from this the stay and the food was good and the staff was also very humble and kind. Resort needs to focus on emergency services.

we started of by checking into the hotel. the process was okay perhaps they insisted on each and everyone's id. i was traveling with my wife and kid. when we entered the room, found that the pillow covers were dirty and when asked they changed it. the bed is just sufficient for 2 people only. for kid you will have to take extra bed for which they charge additional 1500 rupees per night. 😴 they don't offer any late check out even for 30mins. they kept on telling me since i checked in that they will confirm me in 30mins but until the morning they did not confirm and said have to checkout on time. very frustrating. the pool tiles are broken and saw two kids bleeding foot because of that and hence refrained from sending my kid to the pool. they should literally close the pool instead of just displaying at reception that the tiles are broken and be careful. don't know how many such kids would have got hurt. their breakfast is decent and good to have. the restaurant food is also fine.

The stay was very relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the proximity of the property to the beach. Only thing that was not up to the mark is the food.

Propert location, food quality, rates and staff behaviour is too good. But private beach is not upto the mark. It should be maintained well. Moreover you can face a difficulty on finding cabs there to airport.

Very good but the only hitch is the presence of pareira s - who terrorises other taxi or autos to come and pick you up or hire a vehicle other than his. We managed to walk a bit and take the taxi. I

It was good. The proximity to the beach was a good plus. The staff was very welcoming and cooperative. Suggestions - maybe conduct some activities for the children and adults. Keep some indoor games.

Food was good. Beach access from properly was excellent. Lovely clean beach. Had a nice time taking strolls on the beach and playing in the beach. The sitout area facing the beach was very very relaxing. We friends spend a lot of time relaxing, chatting here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pathway to the cottages is laid with games, had soo much fun playing those games (hopscotch and others. Overall a very comfortable stay. *cons* the swimming pool starts from 5ft which made my friends who are non-swimmers difficult to enjoy pool. The sitout area facing the beach needs a roof, luckily we enjoyed it as the weather was c loudly the wholetime.
