This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The walls were damp, covered in peeling paint and mold, making the entire room smell like a swamp. The so-called swimming pool was a disgusting mosquito breeding ground, filled with moss and stagnant water. There was no refrigerator or intercom, making even the simplest requests a nightmare. Water supply was frequently disconnected, leaving us without a shower or even a flush. The curtains were burnt, adding to the eerie, abandoned feel. The entire room reeked of rot and neglect. Avoid this place unless you enjoy misery and filth!

Quiet place. Very polite staff. Unfortunately there was a setting issue with my shower and inspite of the complaint on Day 1 itself nothing was done. I was unfortunately woken up from my sleep in the middle of the night because they wanted the iron I had requested returned. The quality & variety of the breakfast buffet can be better.

Spacious and nice rooms.with good breakfast menu options. Staff is very nice and polite. Property is very close to beach. Swimming pool was nice and clean. Night lights was good. Taxi stand is just outside and Dudhsagar falls trip from there was awesome

Excellent staff with knowledge about there responsibility. Excellent property view. If you are looking for family time yes good to choose property. But concern about food in breakfast.. very limited option they need to improve on this..

Receptionist Shilpa is good and managing issues professional y, and food is good, They takencare very well, When there was problem in room , they have shifted to other room immidetly, swimming pool water need to be changed regularly, taste of food is good.

Spent some quality time with family at the hotel. We had a quiet evening by the pool and enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The staff was very nice and helpful especially Silpa who checked on us multiple times during our stay and made sure they took care of small requests like good night in the room and late dinner preparations. The food was also good.

The rooms are decent. Location is very good. Very close to Varca beach. Overall decent facility in South Goa. Enjoyed the pool as it was not very deep and kids can have fun without any fear. Little maintenance is needed for building structure but that doesn't stop to plan our vacation here.

Everything was good. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Food was great. Ambience was good. Very near to beach. Beach was very clean. Our stay was awesome here. We enjoyed our three day visit. I must say..please focus on cleanliness more -the only thing to be focussed.
