Staff was not that supportive. I have to struggle a lot to check in. Very much strict to the timings and no flexibility and greetings!

As per the photo the room is very small and gezer was not working and room service was very poor and there is no parking in the hotel, as per the cost it is very high, worst experience i had in this hotel. No amenities and food is ok

It's a hotel, though situated in the heart of city with bustling market in the proximity. Quality of the food is good, staff average, hospitality average but the room sizes are too small and facade of the hotel looks worst due to ongoing rope way project, as i was told about. Maybe they improve themselves in future.

Price was very high for small rooms. Room size was very small, we paid for premium and super delux. Location was good but some construction disturbed the entrace. Food good.

I book this hotel for 2 nights stay. Good location with easy travel connectivity to vishwanath mandir and ghats. Staff is very supportive and room service was also quick. If you looking for comfortable stay in hotel book super premium and above rooms. Don’t go for premium room as room is very small. Their restaurant food was also good. Overall, value for money hotel.
