It was amazing, such a unique experience. Excellent and exceptional service by Rupsa. The palace is lovely, so well maintained. Varanasi has touched us in so many ways. The temples, ghats, amazing food , shopping, to the people of Varanasi, so kind and welcoming. It was crowded, yet peaceful.. truly magical. We will surely be back next year. Regards, Devina

We visited Taj Nadesar for a dinner on one of our nights in Varanasi and the beautiful staff - Shubham, Shubhash and Chef KK - made the whole experience oh so wonderful! We had the Vegetarian BBQ, a set menu, which delivered beautiful regional specialities with refined twists. We were taken on a tour of the property also, and there was lovely live music as we dined outside, overlooking the beautiful grounds. ✨✨

I booked a stay for my parents for my father’s 60th birthday. I was remotely coordinating with the team for a special birthday experience and Harsh and team were extremely helpful. They suggested ideas, adjusted it to my budget, managed to still add more delights and pulled it off with aplomb. A special birthday dinner, cake, orchestra, poolside setup, rose petal shower, and thoughtfully, the team arranged for me to join by video call. My parents are over the moon. One expects nothing less of the Taj. No other hotel I’d turn to for something like this. Kudos to Harsh and team for everything they did.

A very different experience. This place stands out in terms of Service and people. Under the aura of Mata Nandeshwari this place feels sooo good, mingled up with ultra luxury rooms, amenities and Service. This was our first visit to Varanasi and the Taj Nadesar Palace really exceeded our expectations. Special shoutout to Mr. Harsh Rawat (Restaurant Manager) for arranging everything to our liking with the minute details, Mr Shubham always smiling and delivering more than promised, he makes such good cocktails , Mr. Vikas for showing the evergreen energy each and every time we met, Mr. Subhash for Creating such a beautiful dinner experience with the surprise cake. Thanks to the kitchen team as well for making sooo delicious food in every meal.

Loved the stay at this property because as it has among the best services in the world with highly maintained rooms and very quiet location. After coming from the hustle bustle of the city , this place feels so divine because of the peace. Would love to come back again . Special mention to Shubham and Vikas from the Restaurant who served us with utmost professionalism.

The rooms were stylish, large and well equipped. The grounds were gorgeous and remarkably peaceful. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. We had some lovely local specialities following recommendations from the staff. There is a free horse drawn carriage ride around the grounds with a charming third generation coachman. Best of all though was the service which just met our every need and beyond. I wouldn't want to mention any member of staff because everyone who served us was outstanding. There was live music at breakfast and dinner. We were given a foot soak and massage on our last night and lovely gifts when we left.

Stayed there for a couple of nights with family. Truly cherishing experience. The team at Taj Nadesar palace makes you feel pampered and gives you a feeling of royalty. Ms. Prerna and Ms. Anuradha at the reception were very helpful and caring, always eager to make the moments memorable - a family photograph framed as a memento OR arranging for a foot soak after a long day. Mr. Shubham at the restaurant was a great host. The housekeeping was also impeccable (Mr. Vinod and Mr. Ramayan Gupta) - our terrace were cleaned and washed at 5:30 am even before we went there to watch the sun rise. Try out the royal horse cart ride - not to be missed.

Our dining experience at the Taj Palace in Varanasi was exquisite. We opted for the Vegetarian BBQ, a selection of cocktails, and wine! The food, location, and atmosphere was amazing. Compliments to the staff, Chef KK, Shubham, and Shubhash!
