It's an excellent hotel with good location, facilities and very professional. The hotel is good value for money and the food range is extensive with very tasty food. Worth a visit. The restaurant staff led by the Manager, Mr. Shailendra, deserve a special mention for their hospitality and service standards.

Convenient and cozy stay away from home in a colonial feel Located at the prestigious Cantonment area at Varanasi Kaiser Palace is for chic peoples who loves grand food and service with a serene atmosphere It was my second visit in 8 years and would love to make some more in future

Most warm and hospitable staff. They are all very helpful. Shukla ji was always available for us. We went during Poorna Kumbh time. But they all supported very well. Rakesh driver was very knowledgeable about Varanasi and took us everywhere we wanted to go. I’ll certainly come back to this place again. Easy booking and easy check out. Value for money stay.

Very successful trip both for kaasi Vishwanath temple and Prayagraj Maha kumbh snaan with the help of the driver Rajesh Jaiswal and hotel accommodation and food was very nice --- Varanasi Srinivas CA of Hyderabad finally very happy with hotel and driver Rajesh

A very low quality hotel with dirty fungus filled washroom scary corridors and uncleaned toilets The corridor looks scary at night The only good thing about this hotel is the garden outside and the old real mahal which are used as dining and ballroom The staff are also not great..

It was very nice to come to Hotel Surya Palace, the cleanliness, hospitality, food, staff, especially the driver Rajesh Jaiswal gave very good information about the hotel and the city of Varanasi and showed him around.Surya Palace Hotel is centrally located and all the tourist spots are within close distance. Very suitable place to take family.

Very nice and cozy stay, staff was very friendly and courteous. Garden was very good, Food was good with lots of varieties. Hotel has Swimming pool with lovely view. Other tourist locations are very near to this place. In short it's worth going there.
