Stay was very good. Rooms are clean and staffs are cordial. Only my request is if we are spending this much of amount hotel needs to provide atleast milk power, suger and tea bag ***** with saving and dental kit. This is only my suggestion

The hotel staff is now cooperative..they did not serve the breakfast nor complimentary water bottle.
The reception washroom is like sulabh shauchalaya no hygiene maintained no hand wash availability.

There is no facilities available, i had been charged for an executive room but was provided with standard room when enquired was told that they have only 1 category room in their hotel. There is no proper response from mm t too on this fraud/cheating

Location is the key factor to book this property otherwise the services, food, utensils, furniture, linen were not as per the price. There were dust and spider nets everywhere in all the corners overall a bad experience

Property location was mentioned incorrectlY. It is mentioned chetaganj but hotel at railway station. Amenities are very bad, not maintained as 3 start hotels. Services are poor and can say it is very bad, due to staff not giving attention to guests.

No hot water in this cold weather..the weather temp. is around 14°c.how could they expect us to even have a bath in this cold weather..Old mats.No house keeping.even thought we questioned there is no reply from them..

Not a good experience. First of all staff not welcoming, issues with cleanliness. There were so many mosquitoes and bed sheets were torn. No tea bags were given. It's really a pathetic experience.
