Costa!!!The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure every detail of my experience was flawless. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful assistance throughout my stay, they truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The hotel's location is also fantastic, offering easy access to key sites like the ghats and temples. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was a delightful mix of local and international cuisine.Special mention to the front desk team for being so prompt with my requests and the housekeeping staff for their meticulous service. I highly recommend Costa Riviera for anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Varanasi!"

Hotel itself is not bad it just need some deep attention to take care of. I ordered room service and their were no bowl in tray even after calling the room service 3 times still no arrangement of it. During breakfast time we had to wait for fresh plates and glasses. Asking for any sort of assistance at reception is waste of time and energy all they come up with this is all we have or we dont know. I was very disappointed with the staff. Wont recommend to stay their.

The stay was good and the cleanliness was perfect but the food was over-priced than any restaurant with good food. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. They provided some minibars in the room which had munchies and biscuits, which is good but they double the charges of those items, like for biscuits they charged 20rs instead of printed price 10rs. But the overall experience was better than any other hotel. Done.

The property needs renovation as its has become older but they don’t renovate it yet, rooms size is ok but not the best in quality, the food rates are on higher side in vain, they don’t taste at all as per the rates in the menu card. The most surprising is the behaviour of the reception people they are really misbehaved one, looks as if if they are in government service, the first time have seen this type of misbehaved reception people in this type of hotel. But the staffs except the reception, the behaviour & co-operation was just amazing, excellent,
