first, they gave us a double room and promised to shift us to our allotted triple-bed room within an hour, but they moved us to the correct room nearly five hours later. the room is so small that they couldn't even fit the extra bed, so one person had to sleep on an extra mattress on the floor. the service is horrible—if you call room service, they will say "okay" but won't do anything. you have to go to the reception physically and repeatedly ask for things to be done. horrible experience—would never recommend it to anyone. it cost me around 7k for one night,

In-spite of a newly constructed hoel, locks are not working properly, the receptionist never calls back, there was no one available to take my order of food on arrival. Would not recommend this hotel.

Good staff. Good food. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very near to assi ghat. Not easily accessible by car. It is recommended that you call them prior to arrival for parking assistant.

Nice location, excellent staff, good food we loved in staying this hotel for three nights we also booked boat ride and ganga aarti with help of hotel and it was decent experience

1. There was no water supply in the morning. 2. The washrooms kept stinking because of drainage issues. 3. The room was smelling of cigarettes when allocated to me, the hygiene was a big concern.

It was a nice stay, rooms are not that much spacious and service is also little slow. But mr. Piyush ji the owner is polite and helpful. He is such a gem location is so good. Overall it was a nice stay
