The woman cleaning our room building 5 room 5210 was very kind, made beautiful roses, and hearts and even incorporated my kids blanket/puppet in them! She is wonderful! We are loving our stay here, the staff, waiters and everyone is so kind and great with my daughter's! Highly recommend for families!

Our vacation was amazing. We had fun enjoying the beautiful beach and met so many wonderful people. We had no complaints and there was always something good to eat. Enjoyed the music and the relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely visit again! special shout out to Alberto in the Customer Relations department. He was always friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

C'est la première fois que je viens à varadero et à Cuba. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel playa vista azul....le personnel est très accueillant, La femme de ménage Diana est très professionnelle et attentionnée avec nous. Superbe plages et piscines (l'infinity). Bonne nourriture, des bons restaurants, rien manqué lors du séjour. Dans la réception Camilo il parle français est très gentil, professionnel, souriant, puis les amis du lobby bar aussi.!!!

Almost finishing this trip and was absolutely perfect.Since thr beggining starting with the good services of the front desk Mailai,Neisa,Maidelis,Arianna y Susel give us a warm welcome.The staff is wonderful always doing their best.Coctels and Food are greats! We are hoping visit this hotel soon again
