The stay was fine but the hotel facilities are not up to date, the use is quite noticeable. The variety of food didn't surprise me either, I highly recommend The Level part of the hotel. The services there are better, more tranquility and comfort. The spa was fantastic.

Все было прекрасно от океана до сервиса! Отдыхали в уровне Level (дает небольшие преимущества), еда отличная разнообразная, за неделю не надоела, хорошая анимация на пляже и в бассейне. Во всем помогал менеджер Carlos, спасибо ему! Уборка в номерах тоже отличная

Долго выбирали отель на Кубе, остановились на Милеа Интернейшнл и не прогадали. Огромная красивая ухоженная территория, шикарный пляж с голубым океаном, также ухоженный и чистый, есть персонал, который ставит зонтики и лежаки куда попросишь. Еда вкусная и достаточно разнообразная, персонал везде приветливый и добродушный, особенно хочется отметить Карлоса - русскоговорящий консьерж, всегда поможет и подскажет, быстро решает проблемы и всегда идет навстречу, очень приятный и отзывчивый. Также в подарок на медовый месяц нам с мужем дали завтрак в номер и ужин в ресторане аля карт уровня левел - тоже приятный бонус) всем советуем данный отель 😇

Great location right on the Caribbean Sea and just 10 minutes from Varadero city. The hotel is well-organized with plenty of bars and restaurants, though it could use some restoration. Buffet food was excellent — much better than the à la carte options. The beach is beautiful and clean, but the sunbeds and umbrellas are worn out. The pool is warm and crowded but in decent condition. Biggest downside was the room (we had a superior sea view) — very dated furniture, musty smell, some bugs, and not very clean despite daily housekeeping. Thankfully, the A/C worked great. The staff was amazing — super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Todo super bien, las habitaciones con vista al mar estan geniales. El servicio de masaje en el jardín, es de los mejores que he visto. Muy relajante, bien hecho, respetable y muy buena atención.
