Brisas del Caribe

I would rate this at wonderful vacation. 🥑Beach: wonderful beach , many umbrellas, ocean is fantastic. This ocean is a fantasy !!!!! 🥑Buffet: good amount of fruits, especially mango and pineapple , and guayava… absolutely good!!!! I wish they would have some more shrimps and fish . So it would bring tons of Russian tourists . Most Russians going to hotels for some seafood and fish and exotic fruits - since we don’t have it in our country . Eggs was straight for 2 weeks than disappear . Guests Also need sweets like cakes or sweet bread. So breakfast would Be better. 🥑room : we had stayed in 3 rd floor 353 room and our cleaning lady June 20 th to July 12 th was amazing . I am not sure about her name . We gave her many gifts as thank for her work . She is incredibly talented cleaner!!!!! My friends from Next room was also in love with her !!!!! Room was clean , they need to change mirror but everything else is okay. View was great. Also maybe towels need good bleach - but we understand it’s Cuba . 🥑 coffe bar are wonderful - all people was at coffe bar are great!!! 🥑animation team - they was all in Spanish so we don’t participate in it cause we don’t understand anything 🤣. but we saw everyone loving their activities. So good crew . 🥑internet stable for 3 weeks was working everywhere. 🥑problems like no hot water / and little issues , door lock wasn’t working - it was solved via reception. 🥑if hotel team would greet Russian tourists a little better - more people would go to Brisas. These trips cost very expensive for us and we working very hard for this vacation. When we came - it was no welcome cocktails . No one met us . So on Cayo coco hotel met us with flowers and cocktails . 🍹. And some details of course need to have to be maintained . And different culture with gifts and tips compare to Canada . Our people who is able to give tips away - they Give tips “ after service », not before . Not every Russians have money for tips. That’s a deference between Canada and Russia. 🥑I already talked with very good respectful guy Raul Cruz _ , main manager of Brisas - and gave him some comments on our problems. Pretty sure it will be all solved ! We looking forward to come back next year and we will recommend this place . 🥑very thank for guy who did omelettes on morning Gorge Vega, young boy who did smoothie , me and my son in love with amazing mamacita Yisel Torres Garcia!!! She made our stay special !!!! And guy who switch shifts with her also great! Also from coffee bar Augusto , Anabel y Mabel, and Alfredo .
