Ocean and beach fairy tale 😍 First, the good stuff: the area is gorgeous. Special thanks to Eliezer and Senin. Very competent managers, they speak Russian well, they help with “unsolvable” issues, and in general I have very warm impressions from them. Delicious ice cream and cocktails, depending on the season they serve fish and seafood. February turned out to be off season. There was fish, but not super often. Grill zone - very good meat. And beef and pork and chicken. Pineapples and papaya. Of course the ocean!!!! The biggest plus. That's why we flew for 14 hours. We walked the entire shore - our part of the beach turned out to be the best in our opinion. Wide shore, sun loungers do not stack on top of each other. Quiet. Now about the negative))) First we checked into a bungalow (southern part of the hotel). Dark, humid, bad air conditioning, poor cleaning. Considering that they left chocolates and money, not very good. The bathroom floors were not washed at all. One day they took away a towel and didn’t bring any... any... at all. Neither for arms, nor for legs. They asked us to move to the main building closer to the ocean. There the situation has completely changed. There were elephants on the bed, and boats were flying. 9!!! Towels for two. Although there were 4 in the bungalow (as it turned out, we were given a foot towel as the main towel in the bungalow). Clean, bright, good air conditioning and views of the pool and ocean. Now the tips: - if you are not given something, demand and ask. Most likely they will forget, you need to remind them. - take a towel with you (at least a small one). Because we were given a towel for 2 days at the beach. - You can take your own mug, but disposable glasses were thrown away in front of us. - take plenty of sunscreen. They burned out in the first days. - the most season is from June to November. December - March winds can be strong. Ideal month - October - leave a tip. Locals will be happy with chocolates and primitive medicines (no-shpa, paracetamol, spazgan), but it’s not difficult for us In general, except for the moment of relocation and problems with the towel, everything was excellent. 👍

Были с отеле семьей 2 взрослых и 2 детей 17 и 11 лет с 23.02.25 по 05.02.25. Заселили быстро, но номер, который мы оплачивали, был в нерабочем корпусе, дали обычный с 3-мя кроватями. С помощью отельного гида на следующий день поменяли на равнозначный оплаченный. Сам отель и номера убитые, полотенца, подушки, белье вроде выстиранное, но запах нечистот присутствовал. Матрас в номере с кроватью кинг-сайз был пружинным и в крови. За весь период отдыха были лично мною убиты 4х таракана). В столовке приходилось выбирать более-менее чистые тарелки и стаканы, тк все было с неотмытым налетом и соответствующим запахом. Взрослые, в принципе, голодными не были, дети ели рис, макароны и наггетсы, когда доставались. Из фруктов были незрелый арбуз и ананас, гуава, папайя. В баре было всего несколько видов рома, виски и бренди, которые заканчивались к обеду, далее нам их продавали бутылками бармены. Ром Легендарио - 10 долларов. Пиво было всегда на барах. Кола, фанта - разбавленный порошок, ожидаемо. В баре была та же самая проблема с грязными стаканами и даже грязных не всегда хватало, выдавали пластиковые. Далее бармены собирали эти пластиковые стаканы, которые мы также использовали как пепельницы, и просто ополаскивали их и снова выдавали нам). В общем, всегда было ощущение грязноты. Но! Когда выходишь на пляж про это забываешь, тк океан наикрасивейший и хороший пляж, правда водоросли не убирали. Подводя итог скажу, что в нищие страны надо ехать отдыхать в 5 звезд однозначно. Ну, по крайней мере тем, кто может себе это позволить).

El hotel está en decadencia. Poca variedad de alimentos y bebestible. No es 4 estrellas. Es una situación generalizada en Varadero. Todo esto es mejorado por el personal del hotel. Gente muy amable, especialmente en la cocina, sus meseros, todos a cargo del capitán Yoennis. Hicieron lo posible porque estuviéramos a gusto con la familia.
