Starting from the reception, rude staff.
They assigned us a room where renovation work began above ours every morning. As early as eight in the morning we could hear hammering, using the hose, pieces of wall or plasterboard falling and loud communication between them. The shower was terrible. We found worms on the shower tray twice. Maybe we come from upstairs due to renovations.

Отдыхали на Кубе впервые, отель выбрали по совету туристической фирмы, не разочаровались, очень понравилось, питание отличное и разнообразное, много морепродуктов, все свежее, единственный минус ассортимент фруктов, но это наверное зависит от времени года. Территория пляжа очень большая и чистая, лежаков предостаточно, есть зонтики, океан просто чудо, вода теплая, цвет неописуемый, хотя погода очень переменчивая. Отдых прошел отлично! Для связи достаточно местного вай фая. Отдыхали в отеле Sol Palmeras всей семьей в январе. Отель хороший, номера просторные, есть холодильник, фен и даже утюг, гладильная доска и зонтики. Удобная большая кровать, полотенца меняли каждый день. Классный бар! Океан и пляж просто невероятные! Очень помогла Анна, все объяснила на русском языке и даже дала контакт на экскурсовода с возможностью поехать на все популярные экскурсии на старой аутентичной машине. Все очень понравилось!
