I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Hotel Navya Palace . Despite high expectations, the experience was subpar in many ways.
- *Cleanliness:* The room was not clean, and the bed had stains. The bathroom was also unhygienic.
- *Service:* The staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns.
- *Amenities:* The promised amenities were not available or not working properly.
- *Value:* Overpriced compared to the quality provided.
*Recommendation:* Avoid this hotel unless they improve their services
Please black list this hotel if possible

The rooms were not clean. The bathroom was so unclean and dirty that we could not use it. Water taps were not working. Room service was pathetic. The room was not up to the charge that i paid. Very disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone.

# hotel area is not good and not safe. They haven't parking area also. They haven't owe n kitchen also. # service staff is rude and disrespectful. # they forget our breakfast also. We called 3 times for the breakfast but didn't respond. # room is spacious and good. # ac's water leaking in room surface. Washroom is very dirty with bad smell. Washroom door's lock issues. Very very bad experience with this property.

Pathetic rooms, zero hygiene. Never ever go into this hotel specially with family and friends. Rooms are not at all clean and worst customer service by staff.
