Although the reception does not speak English fluently, all receptions speak English. The daily cleaning service is also excellent. Very nice location, 1 min from the bus that takes you downtown or 12-15 min walk from the metro. Large and clean rooms, lovely hostess. Excellent value for money with breakfast included.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was great—comfortable rooms, excellent location, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, we did have a negative experience with one of the staff members. A receptionist with dark skin and curly hair often appeared dissatisfied, frequently rolling her eyes and sometimes mispronouncing words. When we couldn’t understand her, she would react with more eye-rolling, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I hope management addresses this issue, as such behavior detracts from an otherwise positive experience at the hotel.
