Overall, our stay at the hotel was great—comfortable rooms, excellent location, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, we did have a negative experience with one of the staff members. A receptionist with dark skin and curly hair often appeared dissatisfied, frequently rolling her eyes and sometimes mispronouncing words. When we couldn’t understand her, she would react with more eye-rolling, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I hope management addresses this issue, as such behavior detracts from an otherwise positive experience at the hotel.

Although the reception does not speak English fluently, all receptions speak English. The daily cleaning service is also excellent. Three adult men stayed in the room, and although it was narrow, it was not terribly uncomfortable as it had a bunker-type bed. Since it was my first time in France, I was worried about what to do if the city center is far away, but it only takes about 4 to 5 minutes to get to the metro. Even if you are a woman traveling alone, you may worry that the streets may be dangerous late at night, but since you are close to the metro, you will actually only be on the streets for a short time. There are restaurants and a supermarket within 10 minutes from the house, and it is only 30 to 40 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre Hill, etc., so it is recommended for young people looking for accommodation that is inexpensive and has good accessibility to the city. Of course, I have seen many older people living here, so please bear that in mind.
