This is the worst experience I've ever had so far in my travelling life. I arrived the hotel around 10pm, which is still within the standard check-in time in the booking confirmation. Yet there was no one at the reception to help me check-in!
I called their contact number and no one answered. Some guests at the lobby tried to help and brainstorm but no one had clue what to do.
At the end, I had to leave the hotel and looked for another place to stay in this late evening, which was a waste of my time, money and energy.
I wrote to Trip.com and requested their help for the refund for several times. The hotel simply replied: "no refund for cancellation", "no refund because their hotel staffs were not 24/24 available" And "the client should be able to find the emergency number on the reception table"
My point is:
- The reality is, I have called the number I could find yet no one answered.
- If the hotel does not have staffs to help clients at certain hours, they should have listed all the information (including the emergency contact, check-in hours) in the Terms & Conditions and in the booking confirmation. Otherwise, some hotels just leave the keys at a safe place and inform customers where to access. This is totally irresponsible.
I hope no one will ever go through the same experience with me. Literally I will never recommend this hotel to anyone because of their very irresponsible attitude and honestly speaking I feel they don't care about their clients at all.

It's okay, but hotels in Paris are too expensive now. Breakfast for foreigners always looks like this. There is no one on duty at the front desk at night, so you have to plan your check-in time well.

You are probably welcomed by Myriam or Estelle....with a smile. Such a wonderful host, I have to say, they guided me well about the travel, provided converter (which was a savior !), ensure my stay in comfortable. About the stay experience, - Rooms are decent size - Excellent wifi - comfortable bed, nice bathroom - 5 min walk to bus stop, which can take you to city - Lift access to rooms Well done team, thanks for your help...Cheers Amit

Clean, quiet and well located hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Room a bit small but well equipped. Plan to leave the window open for those cooking in the room (poor ventilation).

Very bad experience of a 5 day stay in this hotel. Non-soundproofed rooms from one floor to another - which is reflected by the limit of the sound volume of televisions at a level of 25 (compared to 30 or 33 usually). Which isn't a problem if the travelers above aren't making noise, but is a problem if they regularly drop heavy objects or move furniture late at night or early in the morning. I asked 3 times to change rooms, and to invite customers upstairs to take more precautions. Each time I was greeted with a huge smile and the problem was never resolved or even communicated to the other members of staff, to whom everything would have to be repeated each time. For example, the morning after my arrival, I was promised another room for the evening, I started to gather my luggage and when I went to reception to make the change, I was told with a huge smile that the room was not not available. Friendly staff, spacious room, close to shops and transport. The only major flaw is the incredible heat in the room in summer. No air conditioning, only a simple fan which is useless! You have to come to this hotel when it's not hot.
