I stayed in two separate hotels and they were the worst I've ever experienced.
The blue-haired clerk at the front desk at the beginning was the worst clerk I have ever seen since my trip. I don't want to say more about her attitude. She was sullen and arrogant...she didn't want to help you at all, and then she got sullen again.
The luggage storage room is so small that there is no place to put a large suitcase. The lighting in the room is seriously insufficient. I thought I was in a dark room and had to make a desk lamp myself. There is a cabinet for a refrigerator in the room. The first room I stayed in had a refrigerator, but when I stayed there again, it didn't. The sauna room is separated into men's and women's sides, but there is a time limit. There was a long queue at the door of the women's sauna room for a long time, and there was no chance to even get in.
I will not choose to stay at this hotel again. The two nearby ones are much better, the contrast is too big.
