I booked for 2 nights
But they said couldn't find my book from Trip ???
And the hotel are full already.
And send me to another hotel for the first nights
And next day they still say couldn't find my book and said I'm not paid yet ... ?
But I paid in Trip.com already!!!!!!
And they move me to another one that's mean I move for 3 time ????
What the f**k hotel ???
And they cheat my tuk tuk book also

It's not in the city center of Vang Vieng, but it's worth walking around.
Cleanliness is the same for this price. It's not that dirty though.
I think I need to replace the bedding with a new product.
It had a slightly pleasant smell.
The staff is so friendly.
In Laos, expecting facilities seems like greed.

Ants are visible whether you are lying in bed or taking a shower.
If you feel itchy, there are ants on your body.
There are a lot of small stains on the blankets and towels and they are not clean.
The shower filter turned black... In the morning, green water came out, but in the evening, no water came out.
The water pipe next to the toilet burst and I was dripping all night.

The room was okay. When it’s really got the AC doesn’t do the greatest job getting the room cool, but that’s to be expected I think. The customer service at this place is atrocious. Not even an acknowledgement passing by or anyone asking if I needed the room to be cleaned. I tried to talk to one of the staff at the front desk but they were talking to a friend on the phone and just ignored me. I think these people get enough business as it is so they just don’t care. Overall the room was okay though.
