Scammers… We borrowed a scooter from the hotel. We didn’t sign any contract. They just took my passport. During the rain, we fell and the scooter got some scratches (see attached photo). Everything was working perfectly but the plastic was damaged. We told the hotel when we arrived and we knew we had to pay and we were willing to. The shop owning the scooter announced 135$ for the plastics in front of the owners of the hotel that did not try to defend us or fix a reasonable price. We eventually paid and divided the price by 2, knowing that it was still largely overpriced. Judging by the scratches, they would not even repair it. But, as I said, without any help from the hotel that probably got some money from it.
I highly recommend you to not take this hotel for your stay. The sincerity of the staff is absent

Good location, near everything, nice swimming pool. Friendly staff and tasty coffee. Only the breakfast is a let down as it is very small and narrow choice. All together it is worth it.

It was a nice hostel with good access and reasonable prices. It also had a pool so it was worth it.
I would definitely like to stay here again when I go to Vang Vieng.

The location is great, right outside the main street, the front desk service is very good, but the tour group prices are a bit higher.
The top floor has a great view, but the bed has some dirty spots. I suggest it be updated. But at this price, what do you want?
