The hotel is quite new and clean. In our case we had several problems in our room and they changed us 3 times. First a very bad smell from the drain and then the next room without hot water. The last one was fine.
The staff was very helpful and friendly but the cleaning people knocked on our door two mornings in a row at 8:30 am and tried to get in even though we had put up the do not disturb sign. They also turned on the vacuum cleaner at that time.
As for the location, it is very central but every night you can hear very loud music from the neighboring bars until 00:30 am
The buffet breakfast was ok
The people at reception were very friendly and willing to help
Many Chinese guests with the doors of their rooms open all day.

The room is quite clean, and it's a new house. But it's too close to the bar. If you are unlucky and are arranged in a room near the bar, don't even think about sleeping well.

The staff are nice and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. It is located in an area where you can easily walk to find restaurants. There are bars and markets nearby. The only problem is that if you want your room cleaned, you have to inform the staff. Overall, it is good. I am impressed.
