It I was horrible I went up to the front desk to ask for extra towels pillows and a bed set for he pull out couch and was told I had to wait til morning to get any of those when I was already told before I could bring my towels to the front desk and they would get me new and never did w

I Love I am here so much, they save one Room for me cause I keep it clean above what they already do .. and cause I HATE being back in MY room when other people has been in it cause People are just down right NASTY!..

Im homeless so i got a room so my kids could be comfortable and not have to sleep in the car again i get the room leave sleep in my car get a call and text at 8am this morning from my daughter because she had bedbugs on her and was bit up and the people didn't give a fck he was worried about a damn key that never asked for room 156 to be exact horrible horrible my kids had to leave wrapped in towels too scared to get bedbugs in my car im pissed worst 65 bucks ive ever spent

Absolutely horrible. My room was nothing like what was pictured & I cant imagine any room in this place looking like the pictures. Dirty bathroom, I wouldnt even shower in. Toilet had to be gor a toddler, it was so low to the oor. The sink faucet didn't work properly. There was no clock, no USB ports & i could go on & on. I didn't feel safe; my room was just around the corner from a side entrance that didnt lock. Anyone could come in from the street. Checking in was a man behind a window with a money tray between us! Didnt give a warm fuzzy, but the "no refund under any circumstace" kept me from turning around & going elsewhere (I paid ahead of time).

Not happy with my stay!
This place was very dirty, blanket was old and dirty, toilet seat is in a horrible state, fridge don’t work and smells terribly, i didn’t bother using the microwave seeing how nasty the fridge was, overall experience is terrible
