Paradox Hotel Vancouver

We stayed for 3 people for 2 nights and it was spacious enough. The room was very clean. There were not enough bathrobes, so I contacted them and they brought some right away. For some reason, there were no bathrobes on the second day either, but they brought some if I contacted them. Although it had a balcony, it was cold so I never went outside. Also, since it was completely visible from the building opposite, I kept the curtains closed, so I think a room without a balcony would have been fine. There are very few amenities, so you need to prepare them. I ordered room service, but they made it again despite a mistake. It was authentic and very delicious. Thank you very much.

Very good service, very convenient travel

This hotel is located in the city center. The hotel entrance is in the alley. Because you can't park on the main road, it's not bad to be at the entrance of the alley. The convenient location is perfect. Turn left and then right at the exit of the gate and go straight to the port. You will pass Starbucks, pharmacies, 7-11, Vietnamese pho, and then you can walk to the port for a walk. Turn right and then right and go straight to the luxury street. All the big brands are on this road. You can stroll around and there are many cafes on the road. It's a few minutes' walk to the Vancouver Art Gallery. If you don't drive, you can also go around here. It's good. Let's talk about the hotel service. Sometimes there are people who can speak Chinese on duty at the check-in counter. It's very convenient to communicate in Chinese. There is free sparkling water in the room, and it is also clean. Every time I return to the hotel around 5-6 pm, the room service staff will knock on the door to ask if I need to replenish any supplies. It's very considerate. I stayed for four nights. I forgot to leave a tip in the room in the first few days. There was no pressure. No one asked you to tip. Then on the third night, I suddenly remembered to tip. After returning to the hotel, I found chocolates and thoughtful weather information. It was really sweet. By the way, the parking fee here is 55 Canadian dollars a day, which is really expensive, but it is very safe. It is a valet parking method. On the last night, I was packing my luggage in the middle of the night and forgot to leave my coat and items in the car. I also called the service staff to help me bring it up. It’s good that I don’t have to go to the basement by myself in the middle of the night. If your budget is enough, I recommend you to stay in this hotel. It’s clean and the service is very considerate.
