The location is convenient, within walking distance to Pacific Center, waterfront, and gastown.
The service is good and they can help with printing. It was really helpful for me who didn’t start working on the guide until I got to the place.
The room was clean and tidy. The space is quite large, with a large wardrobe and a separate cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cups, and the washing machine and dryer are also easy to use. The bed is cramped for two people, but luckily there is a sofa bed.
Unfortunately, the sheets and duvet cover had wrinkles and seemed to have not been replaced. The blanket on the sofa bed was also slightly dusty. The mattress is too soft and my back hurts when I sleep on it.

We stayed here in June 2023 and had a great experience. This August we booked with Level on Seymour in Yaletown again and unfortunately the stay was underwhelming. The fold-out couch didn't have any bedding on it and I was made to get my own and carry it to my room myself as they didn't have any cleaning staff available. I had to do the same thing with towels. Our suite didn't even have a table in it despite the full kitchen. We didn't get our room cleaned once in our 4 night stay. Now I am aware that the standards for getting the rooms made up have changed, but as a family it would have been nice to have the option of having the sheets changed and new towels offered. The service was just not up to par for a very expensive stay.

Satnam was very sweet and he provide excellent service , Short but pleasant stay. Best suited for long term as it’s a fully furnished apartment type building:hotel. The amenities were great, sadly we were only here for a night but looking forward to stay here soon

I was travelling with my two daughters aged 20 and 21. I booked a suite and requested it be on the sixth floor, where the pool and spa terrace is located. It had a king bed in a separate bedroom, perfect for my daughters, and I had the sofa bed in the lounge. The room was quiet and so spacious! There was a large wardrobe in the bedroom, a closet in the lounge with iron board etc, plus a large spare space to hang clothes and store suitcases - which I called my dressing room. Plus a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Fabulous staff too!

Just a 10min walk away from the Subway with many restaurants surrounding it. For those going on cruises, Level Seymour is just a 15min away from Canada Place Terminal. The 2 bedroom apartment complete with 2 bathrooms has washer and dryer for long stays. Bedsheets are crisp white and pillows are firm. There is no daily servicing of apartment and towels are upon request at the counter. Detergent are also readily available at the counter and you will need to bring the garbage to the bin at basement.
