Really super hotel. Great location right in the centre of the city. Lovely ambience. Super room - very spacious and clean with plenty of facilities to make you feel at home. Pool area is lovely and restaurant (we only had breakfast) is super. Staff helpful, polite and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The balcony was unexpected but most welcome for a nightcap outside on a cool evening. Conveniently located as we walked all over downtown Vancouver. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel in a central location. Nice welcome, lovely corner room with seating area. Superb heated lap pool and hot tub Liked restaurant with outside terrace too. It is near a Skytrain station with quick access to airport and within easy walking distance of Canada Place, Gastown etc. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Welcoming staff, upgraded room at no charge. Location and amenities all excellent for our stay. Dinning experience was good. Menu selection a bit limited but meals were cooked to our satisfaction. We would stay here again

Our room was exceptional, as was the staff–so courteous and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We were tired from our trip and decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel and our dinners were also very good. Our waitress was a Vietnamese student and as sweet as they come! If you want to walk to the port and can manage your luggage it is also doable. It's a downhill walk too, which makes it easier. We were threatened with rain on our day to leave, so the frontdesk had a taxi waiting for us when we checked out. So glad we picked this for our overnight stay before our cruise and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Close to shops. We asked to have a late check out because we were waiting to embark on a cruise, but were told no. We only wanted to stay 2 hours later, but they could not accommodate us. Not happy. There was no porter to help with our cases when we checked in. The bed was too soft - I had a sore back the next morning. Shower was way too small, considering the size of the bathroom. There is not much choice with the tv channels. Have to pay to watch movies. Kettle is far too small. There are only 2 tea bags.
