From the moment you arrive, you are treated like VIP's. The staff are so genuine and friendly and the rooms are spectacular. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. You can walk anywhere and everywhere! Everything has been well thought of and my stay was 12/10. I'd highly recommend the Loden to anyone visiting Vancouver!!!

Our second stay & as good as our first. Very friendly reception staff. The room was amazingly comfortable with a fantastic shower. An excellent coffee machine. We had a corner room with two great views of Vancouver. We had breakfasts, very good, in the attached restaurant. The reception staff organised our taxi. The stay couldn’t have been bettered. It is well positioned for sightseeing. This will be our choice of hotel for future visits.

Wonderful hotel! We stayed four nights a the Loden Hotel. The hotel and rooms are beautiful with lovely touches to make it feel special. I especially looked forward to the lemon water jug every day! The breakfast is lovely in the attached French restaurant and we had a wonderful meal in there on our last night. Overall a really great stay.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Nice welcome, great, very clean room, lots of little amenities. Tips for the city and where to eat were implemented promptly. We liked the free bikes (for Stanley Park!), the location (close to the water AND downtown), the many nice pillows, the always friendly greeting and, above all, "our" Dyson hairdryer. This is one of the best city hotels we have ever stayed in - and we have already gotten around quite a bit. We would love to come back and recommend the hotel to others.

We had the best stay at the Loden Hotel. This was the perfect hotel to celebrate our 20th year wedding anniversary. The service is top notch, attentive, and hands on. Stanislav and each team member we encountered were all amazing. Everyone made us feel welcome and special with each interaction. We have stayed at other boutique or quote unquote “5 star” hotels that only make you feel like a number, and the Loden is the exact opposite of that. We had a Signature Corner room, which was very quiet. It had very soundproof windows and zero noise from the hall, above, or adjacent room that shared the wall beside. The room was equipped with all amenities that one would expect including an espresso coffee machine, dyson hair dryer, and mini fridge with items for purchase inside. The location was perfect, centrally located, and close to everything. We didn’t try the bikes due to rain, but they looked like nice bikes. If you are looking for genuine and unpretentious service, don’t waiver and book with the Loden.

The Loden is ideally positioned for a downtown stay. The reception staff are excellent and our corner room was spacious and well appointed. The wardrobes are looking a bit tired, as is the desk unit. I would have given my rating 5* but I was disappointed that we only had turndown service once in our three night stay. It is possible that we had the privacy light on between 5-6 pm on one occasion, but definitely not on the other evening. Also it would be nice if there was access to some outdoor space to relax
