Overall, the location was good and it was good for 3 people to stay for 2 nights, but the pool and gym were a bit disappointing. If I go back to Vancouver, I would like to use this place again.

I was a little disappointed with the hotel. I expected more for the price. The rooms are great, but the bed and the duvet are very uncomfortable. If you only stay 2 nights, there is no room service. I had booked the hotel because of the large fitness center, but found out that it was currently being renovated. That was very annoying. I asked for compensation in writing. We'll see what happens.
The breakfast was OK, but you can't compare it to a European breakfast. The service was super friendly and everything was clean.

Too many ***** just outside the doors and too many homeless. Just not a good location. And if you have issues with being in an area full of pride establishments, you are going to have problems. It's not a good location, overall.

The hotel selected within the downtown location. Within 5 to 10 minutes can find varities of food. Within 15 to 25 minutes can go to the Canada Place to bring you to many places of interest, shopping area, Chinatown and many restaurants too.
