Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Reviews

The room was quite spacious, tidy, and clean. Although it's been about ten years since the last renovation, the front desk service was excellent, and borrowing an umbrella was very convenient. The night view was absolutely stunning, and it's also very close to the beach.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, and I especially want to highlight the reception team. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, they took the time to explain everything clearly, and they genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. Their kindness and helpful attitude really set the tone for my stay and made a big difference. The hotel itself is comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained, but the excellent reception service truly stood out. Thank you to the reception team for such great hospitality — I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others. 😊

The room facilities were decent, and the AC/heating noise was actually pretty good compared to other hotels I've stayed in recently – not too loud. The hotel's location is fine; there are many good restaurants nearby, though not many Chinese options. It's a 15-minute walk to the subway station and 20 minutes to the beach.

I am truly grateful that the staff allowed us to check in early upon arrival. After a long 14-hour flight, that gesture already made our experience wonderful. The room is clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view is beautiful. My only small complaints are that there were no bedroom slippers provided, and the coffee machine only makes warm coffee rather than hot. Overall, we had a lovely stay. The front desk staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. We truly appreciated their hospitality.

The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation nearby. It was my first time visiting Vancouver to see my child, and it only took 20 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel. My check-in experience was also fantastic. It's definitely a hotel I'd recommend to friends.

Great place to stay for winter vacation. Close to downtown Van.

This is an older hotel, and while it might be dated, you don't have to worry about cleanliness. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The Christmas lights out front were beautiful. However, on my first day, a female staff member was selling Capilano Suspension Bridge Park tickets and made a mistake. When I requested a refund, she clearly showed her displeasure. Her behavior was as if she'd never received hotel training; she was very disrespectful. To my surprise, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she outright gave me an attitude. I've traveled to over 40 countries and more than 100 cities, staying in countless hotels, and this is the first time I've ever had to complain about a hotel employee's service attitude. Thankfully, her manager, Frank, handled the situation professionally. Still, it left a rather unpleasant mark on my Vancouver vacation.

Great hotel in an even better location. Only wish the access to the pool was more convenient as it requires you to go by the conference rooms / ballrooms which during this time are full of holiday parties

It's a bit old, and they didn't provide slippers. The location in the downtown core is super convenient, with everything you need nearby. It's a short walk to the subway, and there are bars and late-night food options right downstairs. If you're craving poutine, there are places close by too. This is my second time staying here, and it's quite good.

Quite good as a whole, though maybe a little expensive, but decent in the area.

Rooms and beds were smaller than I thought. Beds were very comfortable ,service very friendly. The view was fantastic.

It’s a beautiful facility. The staff are very positive and helpful such a wonderful experience.
