The hotel has a great location, a good surrounding environment, and spacious rooms. The overall accommodation experience is good. However, there are some inconveniences in parking: it is not very friendly to pickup trucks or taller vehicles, and can only be parked at the outermost side of the parking lot. If there is no vacant parking space every time you enter the parking lot, you need to ask at the front desk, but the answer from the front desk is vague and no clear parking instructions can be provided. In the end, we could only park the car next to the aisle of the parking lot, which is a bit inconvenient. I hope the hotel can strengthen management and guidance in this regard to improve the overall stay experience

Great rooms with good service and living experience. Housekeeping is also nice everyday. Though booked a lower floor room, we still have been arranged in 19/F of the North Tower. The city view from the window is also good. It was such a nice experience of living here for a business trip.

This is my second stay. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly. I will choose to stay here next time I go to Vancouver. There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is very convenient!!!
