Best Western Plus Vancouver Mall Dr. Hotel Suites

The hotel is very nice and clean. Friendly front desk workers. Clean room and amazing jacuzzi tubs. Me and the wife had an amazing time. Even the continental breakfast was good. Definitely I would recommend this place to stay and its a reasonable price.

Found this place last minute for our family. Worth every penny! Great customer service! Very clean. The kids loved the breakfast. Gave great options you don’t see at most places. Family loved the pool and hot tub area. I would recommend this place to anyone that’s in the area!

I love this hotel. Great service, wonderful breakfast, and there is a pool, spa, and hot tub. The rooms are clean and my rooms have always been clean. They also usher free cookies at night and there's an expresso machine in the lobby. If you want, they have a little store in the lobby as well. The hoel is close to a freeway, which is an added bonus.

The man at the front desk his name is Larry sparks gave the best customer service I have received anywhere in a very long time. He makes you feel welcome like it is your own house always friendly always willing to help and just goes above and beyond for people. We came back and stayed two weekends in a row and chose to come there because of how friendly and welcoming Larry made it feel. I needed some soap to wash my clothes Larry went to his own car to get me some of his personal laundry soap. I needed extra towels he didn’t even hesitate did call someone else he just went and grabbed them on his own. Love love love his customer service

Rooms are clean, service is good and staff is excellent. Breakfast in normally pretty good. I suggest you get down there at a decent time

Read the yelp reviews. Worst experience ever at a Best Western. This is a nonsmoking chain but the entire facility smelled like smoke and the hallways and rooms distinctly smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk worker didnt care and was defensive. Do not stay here

the staff were very professional and friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good always good to have a hot breakfast. the swimming pool and hot tub were nice and clean. definitely will be staying there again.

Upon arrival my refrigerator was leaking and dripping on the floor. Also my tv did not work the majority of the time. When I went to the desk to ask about this the first time I was told it was just a few of the rooms and a technician was going to be fixing it. The front desk clerk did not look as if he even cared about the issue. He was eating the entire time. He was not professional looking nor acted in any professional manner. When I went down a 2nd time a couple days later and ask “what are we going to do about the TV issue is there another room I can be switched to with a functioning tv?” He immediately said “why are you coming at me I’m just a human, do you want to get kicked out?” At no point did I raise my voice just asked what he was going to do. I realize I am an over 6’ man but a professional hotel manager would tried to fix a situation not cowardly freak out like a child. Also, he was again eating at your front desk. The general manager called me and stated that there were witnesses to my so called aggressive behavior, this is untrue. I’m sure you have cameras and I would hope you could pull the footage and see that your employee is not fit for this kind of position. I travel for a living, 26 weeks out 52 a year. I am a Diamond Platinum member of Best Western and I can honestly say this hotel has been the worst I have ever encountered, and for this I spent almost $1700. Train your employees on customer service

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. VERY clean rooms and lobby . VERY quiet rooms even with a freeway near. EXCELLENT full breakfast with clean tables and nice food presentation . TOP NOTCH staff. The only issue was a non-working telephone in the room.
