Gerçekten harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Annemle birlikte merak ettiğimiz Van ziyaretimizde tamamen tesadüfle seçtiğim otelimizin konforu, temizliği ve güler yüzlü personeli beklentimi karşılamıştır. kahvaltıda yöresel ürünlerin yer alması ve çeşitliği çok tatmin edici idi. Odamızın ferahlığı, banyonun temizliği bizi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettirdi. Lobideki ambiyans, piyano sesi, konforlu oturma köşeleri, alternatif kütüphanesi ile çok keyifli vakit geçirmemize olanak sağladı. Şehir merkezine ve görülmesi gereken önemli yerlere yakınlığı önemli bir ayrıntı oldu. Şehrin genelinde otopark sorunu olduğundan otelin otoparkının olmamasını sorun yapmadık. ama her zaman kolaylıkla otelin önünde arabamıza yer bulabildik. Şimdiden tercih edecek misafirlere keyifli tatiller dilerim.

“Van’da kaldığım en iyi otellerden biri! Reform Otel gerek konforu, gerek temizliği ve güler yüzlü personeliyle gerçekten beklentimin çok üstündeydi. Odalar ferah, yataklar son derece rahat. Sabah kahvaltısı da oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi. Şehir merkezine yakın konumu da büyük avantaj. Van’a tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle yine burada kalırım. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler Reform Otel ailesi!

Bugüne kadar gördüğüm en güzel otellerden biri gerek temizliği gerekse Güler yüzlü personeli konumu her şey çok güzeldi tekrar tercih edeceğiz. Ayrıca lobisinin dekorasyonu çok hoşumuza gitti odalarda biraz gereksiz büyük ama bize bir Zararı yoktu ***et sıcak ve temizdi

Lokasyon olarak çok güzel her yere rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Özellikle çalışanlar son derece yardımsever ve çalışkanlar. Ancak bazı önemli sıkıntılar var otel ile ilgili. Öncelikle tuvaletten sürekli koku geliyor. O kadar rahatsız ediciydi ki tuvaletin kapısını kapatmadan odada durmak mümkün dğeil. Ek olarak Wi-Fi çalışmıyor. Özle olarak personel Wi-Fi şifresi talep etmeniz gerek. Ve maalesef kahvaltı bu standartlarda bir otel için en iyi şekilde vasat olarak nitelendirilebilir. Bir de odalardaki her ses her şekilde duyuluyor. Otel tatili amaçlamadığımız ve sadece uyumaya otele girdiğimiz halde tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimizi sanmıyorum

whatsoever i advice this hotel..
very trible place..internet was very weak and frequently disconect..breakfast was very bad and basic..with old.dirty and used materials !..(insted butter they formed and serve margarin like folk butter !)..the water cut for sevral houres tow days ..
