Is not clean ,no air condition, no service room ,the room has not comfortable for travel and living very very bad, location is not good position ,the staff can not speak english , is not confotable for stay long time

We stay in my suit otel for five nights.no good behavior from staff specially a man in breakfast haul.he turned off lights exactly when we were eating breakfast and when we protest,he whispered many things continuesly in Turkish because we didn't know his language. All the towels،sheets and also pillowcases were torn. No coffee in the room mini bar and also for breakfast. Breakfast same everyday and no warm dish. No shampoo in bathroom.the same foam for washing hands and taking shower. Still do you think it's a 4star hotel????
