Excellent customer service. Great breakfast. The buffet includes eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage patties. Plus waffles, bagels, juice, and coffee. All fresh and hot. Our room was nice, clean and had all the necessary amenities. They had a sitting area, with sofas, and chairs, plus a large outside area between the buildings. We felt safe during our stay. Close to local eating establishments. Recommend the Van Horn Cattle Company for dinner

Nope it is not fancy. But it is clean, friendly and quiet. We asked for a room in the back away from the highway. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. For the money it was worth every penny. Breakfast is included but it did not start till we were on the road.

the windows in our room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. looks like the pool has been filled in, and is now a doggie park. the whole place looked shabby and in need of repair except the lobby.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was awesome. I recommend this hotel completely. The location of the hotel is next to interstate 10 which makes it very convenient and it is in a very safe neighborhood.

We were traveling on I-10 and had not originally intended on stopping in Van Horn but decided it was a good idea (we were exhausted and it would be getting dark soon). While still on the road I booked this hotel through Priceline and it turned out to be a great decision for us. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We were able to get some much needed rest and back on the road the following morning. Would stay here again if I ever needed to do so.

Very clean, newly updated room. Dollar General within walking distance. Will stay here again. Friendly staff. The breakfast was simple but that was expected for the low price of the room. As long as their are hot waffles, hubby is happy. Felt very safe staying here.

My wife and I arrived early evening. Check in and check out went well. Both ladies we met at the front desk were wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable. It smelled good. The hallways were a bit rough and worn down. The bed was comfortable, but our room, facing the interstate, was super noisy from semi truck travel, ALL NIGHT LONG! It seemed like it never let up. Breakfast was lacking for us. The price for the night was at the high end for our specific room. A room away from the interstate would have helped I am sure. I think if the price were right, and I could get away from the interstate, I would stay again.

We've stayed in several Red Roof Inns across the country. This one was the best, hands down. We stayed twice in one week during our travels. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and informative. The breakfast on Friday included eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, etc. On the next Wed., it was only continental with waffles but still very filling. Parking is convenient to the interior hallway entrances. We took advantage of the laundry room which was in our hallway, and the ice machine was very near our room as well. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Showers hot very quickly!

I was passing through and needed a night to rest. Saw the only well light hotel in the area. No trash in parking lot. Laura at the front desk was nice and very helpful. The room was very clean. Best mattress I slept in. I wanted to take it home with me. Slept like a baby. Very comfortable hotel. I will recommend to family & friends. My go to hotel when passing through.
