Roaches in the room and another type of bug was in there. I alerted the staff but they just said sorry about that and they would get it sprayed. They really didn't care.

The first room they put us in smelled, they put us in another room, the coffee pot had not been checked and the old filter was still in the machine. The room was not very clean, top of mirrors were dirty as well as other areas, several lamps did not work.

Quite possibly one of the worst Best Western's I've stayed at. Staff was nice, but hotel management doesn't seem to have much budget to make this a nice place at all. Both night and day staff were very nice. Hotel is just incredibly dated and dirty with a huge lack of amenities. Advertising that you have a pool that is open from May to September when you don't have one is very bad business and possibly illegal. That pool hasn't been filled in quite some time. It looked disgusting and unused for a VERY long time. They limit your use of the business center to 20 minutes at a time and you can’t just go in and use it. You have to get them to do something with the computer before you can use it. They called us back later in the evening to use it after we requested use of it. Used Breakfast, not Restaurant or Lounge/Bar. Very bad food. Don't touch the eggs or sausage. Neither tasted great. Thankfully they had instant oatmeal. Couldn't get sick from that. Also signs that tell you that you can't take any food back to your room are VERY annoying and only proves how cheap this hotel is. Worst yet, overcharged me for possibly the worst stay of my life.

Lost a refrigerator full of food due to a malfunctioning fridge in room…. Other than that, the stay was decent.

This is an older motel with entrance from the outside. The area isn’t lighted well. The rooms and breakfast area have been remodeled and are in good condition. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It quiet during our stay.

Depends upon your expectations
This is an older facility in need of updates. It was mostly clean (as much as can be expected for the age of the building). The staff were great - friendly and helpful. The internet was painfully slow and erratic. Towels threadbare and small. It was, though, a quiet stay - not always a situation when pets are allowed.
