The front-desk staff are totally incompetent. I had an issue with my stay. She could not answer my questions. She said I would have to talk to the GM. I called back. She connected me to the GM, Conner. Conner by the way, according to the IGH representative, is not the GM. He is the rudest hotel employee I have ever encountered. I have stayed at that hotel multiple times. NEVER AGAIN.

Will not return to this hotel. Prepaid for 2 nights for a Fri/Sat night stay for my sons baseball tournament. Our stay was average other than a couple power flickers causing the TVs to need to be reset manually and having to get new room keys to access our room, but after checking out (from our paid room) we noticed they had made several charges to our card that totaled up to more than $900 (Which over drafted our primary payment method used during the trip) . I immediately called them to inquire about the charges and was told there was a glitch in the system and that it would take 3-5 business days to refund the charges and that I would be contacted about compensation for the inconvenience from management. After not hearing back and calling the hotel again I was finally able to talk to a manager who offered 5,000 points ($35 credit) for locking us out of our primary payment method for the duration of our trip. Will not return to this Holiday Inn and will reconsider staying away from Holiday Inn in the future.

If I could leave a ZERO star I would! Where do I begin!?!? First off- the staff called me 2 1/2 hours before check in and asked me my arrival time, I was in town for sports event and had no idea. What does it matter? I’m paying the same price regardless…during that call they charged my card 2 transactions! Check in 5:30pm and they ran it again, I went to the front and was told it would be fixed. Woke up with another charge! Checked out at the front desk, only to deal with the RUDEST lady named Cathy who refused to correct the charges and refused to give me a print out. She was hateful! Told me a manger would call me. Didn’t hear from anyone and I had to call the manager myself. He was unable to help and told me I had to wait for the general manager. She didn’t call until 3 days after my Stay and told me to wait until Friday! She said she would send me an email I can provide to my bank to show the charges should be released and yet again—another lie! Never sent email. She also said I would be given 5,000 points- NEVER HAPPENED EITHER! I’m out over $500 and no one has been helpful! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

Squeaky clean and the beds are perfection. Pillow top mattresses are so cozy and cloud like, but very supportive, as well. Finally, a good night's sleep in a Hotel! Thank you, Holiday Inn Express!
