Such a lovely property. We wandered vineyards and picked an orange, and admired the amazing view. Andre was great and so helpful with local info and history. Breakfast was great and, unlike all other hotels on our trip, they served us. Fyi...the room they first gave us (104) had no sound insulation, and we could clearly hear every detailed aspect of our neighbor's toilette. So we asked to be moved, and got got a great room with no fuss. Fantsstic service, and more proof that traveling in the off season is smart. And weather was ideal, and countryside between hotel and Rio Douro is divine. Room was nice but not 5 star. Common areas are 5 star. Truly an amazing value for the offseason price.

Extremely good value for money! We were a group of 14 people and what we found was: huge rooms with very comfortable beds, huge bathrooms, extremely clean, very good base! The breakfast was great, with everything you need and very nice espresso. The staff is very smiling and helpful, and Andre, who made the reservation and accommodated us, is an exceptional professional with a wonderful attitude towards guests! Made us feel at home. I would go back there and highly recommend it as a starting point for excursions in the area!

Nous avons passé un super séjour a l'Hotel Quinta da Quintaes. Chambres et hotel très propre et jolie. André est tres aimable et toujours aux petits soin. On s'y sent parfaitement bien. Très belle piscine pour se détendre. Tres bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Bref tout y est excellent. Je recommande a 3000% si vous etes de passage a Penafiel et sa région.

Superb hotel in a gorgeous setting. The room was really comfortable and had everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The hotel staff were great and very helpful would recommend staying there if you are in the area.

limpeza irrepreensível. quarto amplo com uma vista muito agradável. Muita disponibilidade para nos sentirmos bem. ponto negativo foi mesmo o pequeno almoço. Serviram a mesa com muita simpatia e com variedade, mas torna o momento um pouco desconfortável. Falta mais iluminação no quarto. Fica estranho a noite não ser possível ler em todo o quarto sendo necessário mudar de localização para poder ler.
