This place is top class...I spent 5 nights at this lovely boutique hotel in April of this year-2025-and it was just perfect...My room was very large and serviced daily...Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food available...Sleep quality was perfect....I particularly liked the extra touches in the room-the in-room safe,the free water bottle,etc....The staff were super friendly and in this regard I want to thank the owners Alex and Anne as well as Jonathan,Benjamen and Baz...I felt valued as a guest and the staff were always available to help with knowledge and advice...Anne even organised a taxi for me on the morning I was leaving to take me to the bus station....Definitely worth returning to...Top marks....10 out of 10.

We stayed at the Hotel Ayca La Flora for three nights after our cruise with a couple of friends and can only recommend the hotel and its service wholeheartedly. After booking, I asked the hotel for recommendations on excursions and airport transfers. Anne then offered us a full-service package: a taxi ride from the port to the hotel, a personalized German-language city tour for the four of us, a wonderful day with a German-speaking guide in El Cornelio, a day on the Pacific coast with a hike at the penguin cliffs near Cachagua, and, of course, our transportation to the airport. Each of these offers was priced and could also be booked individually. We booked all of the offered services and were thoroughly satisfied with the excellent service. The hoteliers Ane and Alex run their small hotel with loving care and a personal touch. We received a very friendly welcome, slept well, and had a very good breakfast. The hotel is centrally located and is an oasis in the somewhat bustling but safe tourist district with many restaurants and galleries.

Nice unique stay in the old town, walkable. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Parking was available though tight - staff helped manage this. It takes a long time to get hot water to the shower - persistence pays off :)

What a haven in busy Valparaiso! A garden oasis! Everything was perfect! Clean comfortable large room, tastefully decorated. The best breakfast I had in Chile. All the staff and the owner were so helpful and kind, allowing me to leave my luggage for the day, advising on things to do and arranging a driver to the bus station. The view of the harbor from the garden is classic! You feel like you are on top of the world, peering down on the activity. I really loved this hotel. Highly recommended!

Lovely atmospheric hotel
Amazing hotel with lots of quirky items on display. Very good location as all of the art deco is located just above. Various restaurants are very close and identified at the hotel. The location is quite hilly but that is everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if we are ever in the area again

A beautiful sanctuary in the bustling bohemian art quarter of Valparaiso. The hotel offers a warm welcome with drinks in the stunning gardens. The rooms have everything you need for a comfy stay and the staff are helpful from finding local restaurants to solving travel queries. Definitely a chilled and relaxing place to stay.
