Idéalement situé à l’arrivée de l’ascenseur Regina Victoria, cet hôtel présente toutes les caractéristiques du quartier BoBo dans lequel il se situe. Un labyrinthe d’étages et d’escaliers dans une ambiance foutraque séduisante. Le concept est fondé sur tous les leviers de la modernité wokiste🤣, à la limite du caricatural, un peu à l’image de la ville. L’hôtel bénéficie d’une magnifique vue sur la baie. Le personnel est charmant et disponible. Les chambres sont sommairement équipées (dans la notre, la 10), pas de possibilité de ranger les affaires (pas de placard), les valises ont dû rester au sol ouvertes pendant 3 jours. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur et relativement peu copieux. Mais on sort de ce séjour, partagés entre le sentiment d’avoir été dans un lieu exceptionnel et qui sort des standards de l’hôtellerie traditionnelle et le sentiment d’un hôtel peu confortable et avec des points à revoir.

I did not actually stay at this hotel as we needed to cancel the reservation. It took 3 weeks to get a refund and they couldn't provide it via credit card. I needed to open a Western Union account and had to email every week for 3 weeks to find out when the refund would happen as each week I was told it would be the following week. Eventually, I called and spoke with the manager and received the refund. Based on this lack of basic administrative procedure, I would not consider staying at this hotel when I return to Chile.

The hotel can not be reached by car(Uber) as they have to stop as the end of the road it’s a pedestrian road, so you have to take your cases down the end of the road which was fine for us but if you are less mobile this hotel would not be good for you as it has no lift.
The benefits outweigh the positives , great views from rooftop bar and restaurant; very clean and staff friendly. I would suggest you use Uber , it’s easy and a lot cheaper than the hotel booking you a taxis to the cruise port.

Cet hotel boutique est très bien localisé au cœur du quartier touristique bobo de la ville. Entièrement doté d’une décoration se voulant tout à la fois ecoresponsable et tendance. Installé sur trois niveaux l’hôtel n’est pas accessible aux handicapés. Notre chambre était très grande avec une belle salle de bains. Nous avions une belle vue sur la baie. Heureusement nous avions du chauffage. Un bémol : le petit déjeuner buffet n’a rien d’exceptionnel ou de varié. De plus, il fait particulièrement froid dans la salle du petit déjeuner qui se trouve sur le toit terrasse.

Loved the neighborhood and the view from the restaurant on the outdoor patio is amazing! Convenient location if you are taking a cruise. The hotel offers a shuttle. Only downfall is the hotel is hard to find. It’s situated down a path where no cars can go. You will need to walk a bit, and go down some stairs to get to the property.

Though the location is really great, globally we have been very disappointed. We had booked a superior room for 2 days : the room is extra small, no storage space or drawers or hangers or anything for your stuff. One window supposedly overlooking the city but we couldn’t see a thing. Bathroom ridiculously small with, again, just nothing where you can put your stuff, not even a toothbrush. On top of that, it was very cold and the heating wasn’t working. They tried to fix it but couldn’t. Brought us a portable heater that was totally inefficient.

Super rooftop où est servi le petit déjeuner et pour dîner et prendre un verre
Chambre clean et aérée, préférez une avec vue.
