The most beautiful interior of hotels we have stayed in, the wonderful, happy and kind staff especially Etienne the manager who helped us out of a very difficult situation for our upcoming travel. Everything about this hotel is brilliant highly recommended would definitely stay again.

Casa Blu is a charming hotel in a very special historic neighborhood of Valparaiso: Cerro Alegre The staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond, carrying our luggage up the stairs; allowing us to check in early and have a late checkout for a nominal fee. They also arranged for a driver to take us to the airport. The hotel decor and interior feels authentic — like stepping into the home of a family. That’s because it was the home of the owners at one point. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable with a fantastic view, We loved the living room terrace space, too. The breakfast was just what we needed, light, and plentiful We also love the location. There is so much to see in a five or six block range of the hotel; plenty of restaurants and galleries. All very walkable. The staff was very good at helping us find good places to eat and shop The real highlight was seeing all the murals around the hotel.

Muy buena la atención y muy linda vista desde el hotel. Sentí que la cama me abrazaba al dormir, una experiencia super buena. El personal muy atento, nos entregaron mapas para recorrer Valparaíso y también nos dieron un champan de cortesía.

CasaBlu is an excellent hotel with a lovely view of the port and sea from the terrace. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, the breakfast was great. The hotel is also very secure - we felt very safe there. The hotel also organised a transfer from a hotel in Santiago and also back to a hotel at the airport. The transfer service was excellent - literally 'door to door'.

My wife and I and our two adult children stayed at CasaBlu for three nights, including the night of New Year's Eve 2025. We loved it. The hotel is a converted historic home with extensive, beautiful details and many cultural objects throughout. Everything is in excellent condition. We had rooms #6 and #7, which were spacious, and had exceptional views of the entire bay below. The hotel has both a first-floor common living room, and a third-floor lounge area. The third floor also has a large terrace with the same exceptional views as our rooms. Below the first floor is a dining area that opens to a lovely garden patio. The included breakfast was substantial, including eggs made to order. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, the hospitality of the staff was warm and helpful, and the location - up on the hillside - was perfect for access to everything. The view of the NYE fireworks was perfect, and the party the hotel hosted for the occasion boasted generous food and alcohol. In short, we would highly recommend CasaBlu for any visit to Valparaiso.

El más bello, bien ubicado y cómodo en el que he estado. CasaBlu está en el Cerro Alegre con una vista insuperable a la bahía de Valparaíso. La experiencia del Año Nuevo fue espectacular. A la vista de los fuegos artificiales en el mar se sumó una cena gourmet, con lo mejor de la gastronomía chilena. Nuestra habitación era preciosa y la cama, muy, muy cómoda. Volveríamos mil veces.

Una linda experiencia. Siempre acogedores, todo el personal es un encanto. Hemos estado muchas veces alojados ahí. Paula , su propietaria es encantadora y siempre dispuesta a recibirte y entregar la mejor experiencia y hospitalidad. El desayunador es fantástico con una terraza preciosa y el personal a cargo lo hacen todo fácil. Las habitaciones son preciosas ,con un toque muy especial en su ambientación. La terraza permite disfrutar de una vista sin igual a la bahía y al puerto principalmente. En resumen , un refugio especial para parejas.
