Nice view, but the hotel is a little tired, as tired as the city itself. Wi-Fi works poorly, the Internet is constantly interrupted. The breakfast is delicious, thanks for the welcome drink.

Very good value for money hotel, the rooms are well decorated. Our room also had a terrace which was very satisfying. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great location in the middle of the colorful Cerro Alegre district.
Nevertheless, you can easily walk to the main street and can use buses etc. there. The room was modern and spacious with a great view over the harbor and coast.
The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels fresh and clean.
The bathroom was hygienic and the service good.
The breakfast was very tasty and there is also a great view on the terrace to enjoy. The restaurant also offers delicious dishes.

We adored this boutique hotel. It was located in one of the areas with lots of murals which made it great fun to walk around the hotel, and also next door were some excellent restaurants. The view over the water and the hills was gorgeous. Staff was helpful and friendly and most accommodating. My room was on the top floor which I preferred for the gorgeous views while my son's was on the second floor. His view was also very good, just not quite as expansive as mine. Breakfast was served outdoors which was so pleasant in a beautiful garden type area. Breakfast was very good; we all three enjoyed it a lot. There is not a lift which did not matter for us and I would not recommend wearing high heels on the stairs. Highly recommended. So glad I chose this area and this hotel.

Great location, very nice staff. A bit noisy at night (port construction and fork lifts) but to be expected (view is spectacular!) due to proximity to port. Great spot to walk to oldest funicular in the city, very close. Lovely restaurants and boutiques in the neighborhood. Tasty breakfast included. Safe, locked parking for a car if you have one (well worth the $15 per day). No need for a car once in Valpo, Uber easy, central spot for walking and exploring from the hotel. All in all a very enjoyable stay at a great value. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a gem! My sea view room was incredible, I was amazed for a while when I opened the door! The staff is really very nice, we can contact them on whatsapp if necessary, they are always available to help us, it really is 5 star service 🙏 The breakfast is great, we are asked every evening what we want the day after. The rooms are decorated with style, it's clean, it's quiet (apart from the seagulls lol), and super well located, in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood, lively and quiet at the same time, in short, in Valparaiso it's is there or nothing!

Excellent accommodation, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Their localization is great, in the heart of the touristical area, with a awesome view. The rooms are amazing, the service is very organized, and, more important, it is very good for the price.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff, great views and lovely little breakfast with a view on the terrace. Room was very clean and comfortable with stunning sea views but would say as we were in the room near reception it was a little noisy at times during our stay. Would definitely return but would try and get one of the rooms higher up. Parking available on street directly across from the hotel for a small fee of about £7.
