valparaiso真的是好美的山城，遠離了Santiago的喧囂吵鬧，又回到了像烏拉圭colonia一樣的小鎮，人們的美好又出現了，喜歡這些小地方遠離大城市，酒店還有平台拍攝也好，在小鎮依依不捨地度過了3天，坐大巴車來回首都，好喜歡這裏！
酒店去山城裡遊客集中區也很方便，走路1km，都可以到，最漂亮的也就在這附近，sandiago和Valparaiso的酒店安全措施都做得很好，好愛這裏！
退房時晚上的大巴車，還可以寄存行李，還可以去平台歇着，小地方真是好

El hotel es bonito, pintoresco y ubicado en una calle turística de un cerro al que se accede por un antiguo ascensor que vale la pena utilizar. Las personas que atienden la recepción, la limpieza y la sala para desayunar son sonrientes y amables. Las habitaciones han sido recicladas con buen gusto y permanecen limpias. No tienen placard. Nos alojamos en el segundo piso y algunos días un olor acre subía desde abajo... El desayuno se ofrece en una terraza -no del todo bien mantenida- con excelente vista al mar. Hay una cafetera que se puede usar sin restricciones, unas pocas frutas -algunas verdes o duras-, yogur, algún cereal, jugo y poco más. Quien atiende te da la posibilidad de elegir entre pan blanco o integral con huevos revueltos y jamón. Tal vez se pueda repetir, pero no te lo dicen. En definitiva, el desayuno es justo o ajustado, con sabor a poco y para un hotel que no es barato podría decirse que es escueto.

The staff took good care of us. This is at the top of a hill with good views a bit of a climb. The rooms and breakfast are basic but nice. Loved the terrace in the mornings and sunsets.

What a fantastic boutique hotel in a sympathetically restored building. In a quiet neighborhood with cafes nearby. Spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, fabulous shower and toiletries. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order 🥚 with a great coffee machine and the most stunning views of the bay from the breakfast terrace. The staff are this hotels strength - friendly , welcoming and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Big shout out to Nick on reception who was so helpful with some missing documents

Wonderful small hotel in renovated historic home. The hosts are charming and multilingual; the rooms were small but comfortable (ours had a patio); the upstairs terrace has amazing views of the city and harbor and is open 24/7. Bar and restaurant service is also available but not advertised.

Fantastique bijou. Warning French credit cards
I can’t thank the staff (Italo and Nathalie) enough for making our stay wonderful. They helped us through the difficulties with the credit cards for the payment. ( see note below). The hotel is a jewel.. and well converted house, full of character. If you want spacious chain hotel … go to the Ibis, but if you want to experience a boutique hotel full of charm, with a wonderful roof top breakfast area with a view of the city, then this is for you. The location is ideal for exploring Valparaiso if you don’t mind the hills. We loved our stay in this city. Note of warning to French travellers: There is a general problem in Chile with Visa cards issued by French banks. When paying by credit card in hotels or for the guarantee deposit for a hire car… the cards do not work. The hire car company told us … it is always a problem with French cards. You have been warned.
