Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Valparaiso, IN

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a wide variety of great restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals during my visit. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

April, the young lady at the counter when I checked in was very polite and helpful. She made the check in a positive experience. That’s the kind of people you like when you visit a place for the first time. She did a great job and I just wanted to acknowledge her great performance and say, “ Thanks”.

I am currently staying at the Country Inn and Suites for work - I am so grateful I am in this hotel! The staff are attentive and friendly, housekeeping actually checks on you and was so polite and caring, and the hotel is SO CLEAN - I am beyond happy with my stay and I will definitely stay here again. If anything could be improved, a better mattress would be nice, but I am used to memory foam at home so that’s just me being picky.

We booked about 9 rooms for guests of my son‘s wedding. The staff at this hotel was so accommodating and kind and easy to work with. Several of us were able to get early check-in, which was wonderful because of our evening wedding plans. They assigned our rooms close by each other. We enjoyed using the breakfast area in the evenings to play games and visit. The rooms were cleaned and our stay was very pleasant. Grateful for such a kind staff.

Very easy parking. Dairy Queen Grill next door and Culvers across street made for quick meal. Breakfast was hot, Coffee was STOUT. I will stay here again

My spouse and I took a weekend at the end of May (beginning of June) 2025 and went to Valparaiso to check out the area. We spent a Friday night and a Saturday night at this Country Inn & Suites. Overall, it was quite acceptable. Our check-in process on Friday evening went smoothly, and our room (#305) was clean and comfortable. However, it had kind of a funky smell. Perhaps it used to be a smoking room. It wasn't bad enough for us to request a different room, so we dealt with it... but it was slightly annoying. I will say... one thing I loved about the hotel was the friendly staff. Super, super nice people working there. I also really liked the location... near the campus of the university and between downtown and the IN-49 highway. I can't really speak much about the amenities. I'm sure breakfast was okay, but we ended up having breakfast elsewhere both mornings of our stay. This hotel does have an indoor pool but no hot tub, unfortunately. (We could tell that there used to be a hot tub here, but it had permanently been closed at some point in the past, which is a bummer.) All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

Our stay there was wonderful. The staff was so kind and helpful, and met every need we had.
