The hotel staff is very rude and impolite. The attitude is really annoying. The hotel is just so so, it is convenient, but it feels like it is getting worse. The room is okay.

The hotel is very convenient. It is just a turn off the highway. It is very suitable for self-driving tours. The hotel hygiene is OK, just average. The room hygiene is also OK. The staff is also OK.

The common areas were mostly clean and in order. Our room and hallway were very run down and in disrepair. Large holes throughout the carpet, worn and tattered bedding, broken furnishings.

Not the best service.
I arrived at 1 pm and was told check-in was 3pm. I said I understood and went to lunch with my family. We arrived back at the hotel at 2:45 because my son had a military function at 4 and we had to shower. There was not anyone in the lobby and were told we had to wait until 3pm. Between 2:45 and 3 there were three other people who came to check in. We all sat there with our luggage until 3pm and then had to get in line to check in. In all my years of traveling I have never waited in line when the rooms are available. I understand the 3 pm check in but we all just sat there along with the worker just sitting there until 3 pm until four of us now had to start the process. Please let me know if this is normal protocol and I will be sure to stay somewhere else! It was not because rooms were not ready or it was busy. The worker sat there and looked at all of us until 3 pm. Please advise!
