Harrah's Resort Southern California

Came here for the first time for our anniversary, stayed one night on the 20th floor and had dinner at Hell’s Kitchen. We loved it, had a great experience with parking, the ******, restaurant and Hotel room. The king bed room/bathroom was spacious and the wall in shower was amazing. Unfortunately we did not get to check out the pool but it looked like fun. We will definitely come back.

We always have a great time when we stay at Harrah’s! The rooms are beautiful and the hospitality is top notch. The pool is always a good time!

We love Harrah's!! One of us usually gets a Suite with a large Patio so that we can enjoy the outside and invite our friends over in the evening. The rooms are very spacious and have a nice view. We enjoy the Spa at Harrah's, it isn't the fanciest Spa around but they are extremely friendly and provide great massages. The Pool area has a separate pool for just adults so that makes it really nice and if you ave kids they will enjoy the lazy river and pool for families. Make sure that you join Harrah's Rewards while you are there, so you don't miss out on great rewards!

Don’t come here for the lazy river and pool with kids, you’d be disappointed and grossed out. Even at 8am on a weekday, a certain type of people have reserved all pool chairs that are free. I don’t have anything against them but when 90% of the pool occupants are them and they are like rats with their dozen of kids with no manners and have no regard for cleanliness, it just makes the experience unpleasant. The hotel staff does not do anything about it either. I say put more restrictions and order in saving up chairs. Clean up every now and then especially when most of these type of people are so disgustingly dirty and messy. Giving it 3 stars because our room was clean and presentable. There are plenty of options for eating, The fast food area has good burgers and soup. The sit down breakfast is just okay, the gelato place should be open at longer times:

Having a staycation at Harrahs for the lazy river pool. The two queen bed are standard rooms but their showers are massive. We call it the family shower as it fits a family of 4. It has a mini fridge but not a full length mirror. More like 3/4 mirror. The other downside, the carpet was damp when walking with socks and gave a musty room smell that the AC couldn’t fix. Because we are local, we decided to skip staying the night and went home. However, we had a fun time at the pool. Lazy river section for all ages, 21+ swim up bar and the main pool. The main pool had volley ball net another section had corn holes. You can reserve the cabanas or first come first serve chairs. They need to replace the chairs. Most of them are broken by the lower back. Not allowed to bring in food or drinks. You are allowed to bring your own floaters. Majority brought the donut tube floaty. Their poolside food is good, it’s from ‘Ritas the Mexican restaurant or snack side bar. The prices are fair.
