Eine katastrophale Herberge mit einer Betreiberin, die im Umgang äußerst schwierig ist und an Unfreundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten ist. Sie verhält sich Gästen gegenüber völlig unangemessen. Eine Unterkunft, die man unter allen Umständen meiden sollte!!!

Nice hotel and atmosphere. We were supposed to go to another hotel in the region, there was an issue for check in (the other place needed a code to unlock a door, we never received it) and ********** allocated us on chalet valley. It was a great experience. Iris and her husband received us almost at 10.30pm. We were concerned about the time as it’s a more kind or “residential hotel” but despite the late hour they were very nice. Room was very large and comfortable. They have two cute dogs on hotel and also some chicken and a roost in the back. We haven’t had breakfast but area seems very nice.

Einrichtung ist ja bekanntlich immer Geschmackssache, jedenfalls fühle ich mich in dem Zimmer nicht wohl. Zum Schlafen hätte es gereicht wenn das Zimmer nicht kalt gewesen wäre, ich musste mir eine behelfsmäßige Wärmflasche aus einer Colaflasche machen um ein warmes Bett zu haben. Am nächsten Tag war dann das Zimmer zwar endlich warm, dafür die Dusche kalt. Aussage der Inhaberin "Ich habe gehört kalt duschen soll gesund sein.". Weitere 45 Minuten später war die Dusche dann lauwarm. Als ich das Zimmer für die zweite Nacht stornierte warf mir die Inhaberin vor dass ich ihr damit Arbeit machen würde. Sie müsse die Reservierung ja wieder aus dem System nehmen. Dieses Etablissement wird mich auf jeden Fall nicht mehr wiedersehen.
