The location of the hotel is very cost-effective. It is not far from important attractions and commercial streets. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and answer all questions. The hotel has a rich breakfast, highly recommended

Breakfast is clean and delicious
The outdoor swimming pool may be a bit cold or the water may be dirty to use.

I stayed 3 nights at the Gomerino. The hotel staff is absolutely fabulous. They help you in all you need instantly.
The staff is 5 star, very kind professionals. The view from the roof top terrace is exceptional, the best view in Valletta. The terrace is incredible.
Unfortunately the room is not reaching my expectations. It’s just very noisy. Every single foot step from above can be heard in your room. So at night and in the morning I felt very disturbed and uncomfortable because of this. I had to call reception several times to ask the above guest to keep it quiet at night. The room is very dark and just not for my taste. The bed was ok I asked a double bed but they supplied my with 2 single mattresses put together.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location and lovely friendly staff . Room was lovely , pool was great and definitely more than a plunge pool mentioned in other reviews .lovely views over Valletta harbour . Breakfast was great with a selection of items on the a la carts menu and a continental buffet . Rooms are air conditioned . Valletta is lovely to stay in and this hotel is amazing . I would definitely come back

The first holiday we’ve had together since the kids were born and we picked a perfect hotel. Staff really helpful and attentive, very clean , we had a lovely room on the 4th floor right next to the rooftop pool and bar. Location in Valletta couldn’t have been better and the view of the ports from the roof must be one of the best in the city. Definitely worth a 5 star rating.

A wonderfully situated hotel in Valetta old town. It has lovely views from the rooftop pool. Close to restaurants and the bus station. Our room was small with limited storage but the bed was very comfortable and it had a lovely bathroom. We had a central ceiling light which is not often found in hotel rooms so our room was nice and light. Breakfast was really good with hot and cold dishes, fruit and yoghurts. The bread always seemed a little dry but that may have been because it had been out too long. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and is a pleasure to be in. There is a spa but we didn't use it.

Great location. In a quiet area but just steps from all the action,restaurants, bars,shopping,site seeing,transportation etc. Malta is a fantastic place. Bed was a little hard,but it didn't spoil the stay. Helpful staff, great roof top bar with amazing views!
