Excellent location. We stayed in a sea view room, facing the Three Sisters, and the scenery was pleasant. Occasionally, I would see a cruise ship passing by the window, which was an unprecedented experience. The cruise ship terminal is just below the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to the Three Sisters and Gozo Island. It is not far from the Upper and Lower Baraka Gardens, and next to it is the famous terrace restaurant. There is a terrace on the roof, which is an excellent viewing spot.
The room was very clean and the service staff was very friendly. The wifi is a bit slow, but it's still acceptable.
I will choose to stay here again when I come to Malta again.

Well kept, and quite newly refurbished. Lovely and caring staff. Nice rooms, and good cleaning. Great breakfast. The roof terrace has the most amazing view over Grand Harbour in Valletta and Bormla.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Harbour Hotel. The location couldn't have been better for sightseeing. The staff were all friendly and helpful with any queries. The room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable and our side view over the harbour was lovely. The church bells were not a problem to us and only heard them when the door was open. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room had a safe and a coffee/tea making facilities. The shower had plenty of hot water. The air con was good and quiet. The hotel had a lift too. Enjoyed some time on the roof terrace watching the boats come and go with a sneaky glass of wine in the sunshine. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety - hot and cold. The pastries were delicious. Would definitely stay here again if in Valletta

Our initial flights got cancelled and i contacted the hotel numerous times and not one was it ever considered for us to receive a refund. Such a terrible customer service for such a prestigious hotel. If that was the customer service to a family who tried numerous times to get to the country but we couldn’t i can only imagine how terrible this hotel is.
