The staff were attentive, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms were unsanitary. Poorly plastered over holes in doors and walls which then were left unpainted. My entire room door handle (card key style) was coming off and required being slammed each time to close, which must have made me especially popular with all of my neighbors on the floor (yes, it was THAT loud). Black mold all over the shower ceiling and in the nightstand drawers. Stay away

Property needs updating from outside & in.Repave parking lot. Deep cleaning of rooms and windows & carpets. Restart serving continental breakfast. That was an important feature for my business on the go.Airfresheners and instrumental jazz music to set the tone. Lobby can use decorations.

It is a real shame Wyndham doesn't have more properties in this area to choose from, because this place is the worst of the worst. I lost count of the number of crawling insects I killed in that room. The bathroom was awful, and they allowed an extremely loud party to go on in a room down the hall from me. Find someplace else to stay. (And it's not like all Super 8's are terrible. I stayed in a very nice one with great service in St. Louis just a couple of days later.)

The staff were great. Very friendly and accomodating. Very quick to help. Any questions, problems or concerns were addressed immediately. The room was comfortable and clean. We really liked the balcony. We had no issues and would stay here again

BAD, Really...bad. broken down cars everywhere. Questionable people doing questionable things in parking lot and hallways. Beyond ditry, the smell will make your stomach turn. We got out of here so fast our car warped like the Enterprise. For your own health and safety, please avoid at all costs.

Decent stay for sleep in the area just don't expect much else other than the basics, wi- fi, parking. Place to sleep, few towels and blankets.... Anything else bring it or buy it. Nothing fancy here but decent folks around here despite what it looks like

Very sketchy area. Hallways, rooms,entire building has foul odor. Roach infested I killed 3 roaches in my room. Elevator, soda machine & ice machine didn't work. Abandoned vehicles in parking lot. Very unsanitary amongst many other red flags!!

The worst 20 minutes of my life. A snotty receptionist, dirty sheets, floor lifting, soft spot on floor, no smoke detector, no peep whole, mold on ceiling dead bird on patio, toilet paper holder broke, floor was sticky , bed was just springs.We were only there 20 min and they refused to give my money back. Not to mention2 guys fighting right outside our patio door over *****

** Read ALL**they tried to make us pay for rooms we’d booked through Priceline(prepaid). Elevators are broken. Blood on bathroom floor/wall, holes in the wall, damaged furniture and just disgusting. Against all the negative reviews, we booked through Priceline. Upon arrival, we were told Priceline called during the day and canceled our reservation but not to worry, they had rooms available and wanted us to pay. Our reservation was 100% active with Priceline. We called to confirm and they allowed us to check in, imagine that. The elevator is not working and based on the reviews below, it hasn’t been for a while. There were blood drops on the bathroom floor and wall. The only positive thing I can say is..they gave priceline the okay to refund us instead of offering another room (which we were not gonna accept). Don’t think saving a few bucks is worth it..it’s not DON’T STAY HERE.
