Hampton Inn series of hotels are good, cheap and good, and more cost-effective. Especially the free breakfast is very delicious. It would be better if there are some vegetables.
Facilities: Very good, complete with refrigerator and microwave.

The lobby and room were very good. We only stayed one night. The desk staff were also very good; helpful and courteous. There were two issue reported on check out. The lever in the shower to switch to the hand wand was missing and the window screen and filter screens in the HVAC unit needed cleaning. These comments were dutifully noted. And I expect we’re taken care of. I would stay again.

I booked a last minute stay here as part of a visit to SF and Napa. I was unsure of what to expect but this is an example of you should not judge a book by its cover. The hotel is a convenient drive to downtown Napa. The hotel is well maintained and very, very clean. I did not find one hair. They offer a standard Hampton Inn breakfast of waffle, muffins, yogurt, and fruit. I did not give the hotel a 5 because on my second night a man was allowed to sleep overnight in the lobby. Otherwise the hotel is was a good value especially for a weekend when there is a festival in Napa.

If you want waste money, get no sleep, and deal with rude and unprofessional staff this is the place for you. One person in particular Jr Jajac is the definition of being part of the problem and no solution. We were below a family of children playing, running and jumping off beds from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. and they did was call and speak with the children asking they to stop, which they never did! Go elsewhere
